A Biologist/Data Scientist is aiming to improve precision medicine and facilitate the process of drug discovery and development with Systems Biology and Data Science approaches.

Data-driven Translational Research

Co-develop biomarkers to access likelihood of responses of cancer immunotherapy by analyzing the expression of genes associated with replication stress response

Co-develop gene signature for identifying and treating cancers that are homologous recombination (HR)-repair defective and potentially sensitive to PARP inhibitor treatment

Co-develop algorithm that generates robust multigene expression signatures for guiding the use of specific therapies

Identify novel drugs and compounds for the combination therapy using gene signature-based approached with clinical patient data

Biologics Discovery and Development

Initiate/led and develop a novel platform of therapeutic antibody discovery with B cell sorting, single cell sequencing and machine learning algorithms

Led preclinical development of therapeutic antibodies with antibody characterization, immune cell-based assay development, and in vivo efficacy and toxicology studies

Built a system on edge device to capture American Sign Language (ASL) and automatically convert ASL to audio.
